Medical – for own serious health condition

Under the FMLA, eligible team members are provided with up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave per rolling calendar year when you are unable to work due to your own serious health condition. This time can be taken continuously or intermittently. To learn more, please review the toolkit below.

Family – to care for a family member with a serious health condition
