When you consider the overall value of dental insurance, it’s easy to understand why. Dental Insurance saves money and prevents future dental problems which helps to maintain good overall health. 

 

Cooper offers dental benefits through Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier and Sun Life DMO

 

  • Delta Basic Preferred PPO Plan
    The Basic Preferred Plan offers 100% coverage for preventive and diagnostic services, as well as covers up to 80% for other basic services such as fillings and extractions. Crowns and other major services are covered up to 50%. The Basic Preferred plan offers orthodontia for children.

     

  • Delta Buy-Up PPO Plan
    The Delta Dental Buy-Up Plan gives you higher coverage for certain dental services such as other basic services such as fillings and extractions up to 100% along with crowns and other major services up to 80%. There is also an added benefit of orthodontia for adults and dependents. Please refer to Benefits Highlight Booklet for more detail.

     

  • Sun Life DMO Plan
    The Sun Life Plan is a dental maintenance organization (DMO), which means the plan only pays benefits for services you receive from dentists who are in the Sun Life network.
