As part of its wellness plan, Cooper University Health Care offers a variety of fitness resources to eligible employees and their dependents. These resources include fitness reimbursements, programs, and educational resources, which are designed to support employees in achieving their health and fitness goals.

Wellness Reimbursement Plans (Includes Family Members Covered Under Plan)

  • Weight Management - Covered plan members are eligible for a $150 Weight Watchers reimbursement.

  • Fitness Reimbursement Complete 120 workouts to earn back up to $150 in Fitness Facility costs and/or Virtual subscription fees.

  • Bicycle Helmet - Bicycle Helmets are eligible for a $25 reimbursement every 365-day period.

Looking for healthy food options at Cooper Hospital? You're in luck! Check out the hospital cafeterias, which offer a mindful menu, as well as the CCBO cafeteria and the healthier option fridge. And don't forget about the "enr - G" vending machines for even more nutritious snacks! Preventative Health

Cooper University Health Care offers a variety of wellness prevention resources to support employees in maintaining good health. These resources include a health premium waiver for non-tobacco users who complete an annual routine physical and well-being profile, as well as services such as immunizations, COVID-19 monitoring, and more.

Well-Being Incentive – Health Premium Waiver – 3 Easy Steps!
Want to have on Health Premium waived? Complete the following 3 steps to receive your annual health premium waiver in December:

  1. Non Tobacco User: Attest this when you complete your New Hire enrollment or during open enrollment – attestations carry over year to year!

  2. Annual Routine Physical: See your PCP or OBGYN for an annual visit billed through Independence Administrators insurance.

  3. Well Being Profile (IA): Complete your Well Being Profile / Health Risk Assessment by going to www.ibxtpa.com/login.

Delta Dental's Oral Well-being link also provides helpful information to improve overall health.
