Vision benefits are so much more than an eye exam. They help you save money, stay healthy and see everything life has to offer. Cooper offers a standalone vision plan through EyeMed.
With EyeMed Vision providers, all you need to do is call the doctor’s office or participating provider to schedule an appointment. Identify yourself as an EyeMed Vision member and a Cooper University Health Care team member and provide them your Social Security number or your member ID number located on your EyeMed Vision ID card. They will take care of the paperwork for you. When you visit a PLUS Provider, you get access to a supersized set of benefits.
