New & Improved Short-term Rehabilitation Benefit

Cooper is improving the Short-term Rehabilitation Benefit in 2022

 

This benefit provides physical, occupational and speech therapy for individuals recovering from a surgery, illness or accident. Benefit enhancements include:

Increased Visit Limit: 
30-visit annual maximum increased to 60-visits during calendar year combined across tiers

Lower Out-Of-Pocket Cost: 
You now pay Specialist Office Visit Copay per visit with Independence Administrator Tier 2 Provider.
