Questions about your retirement benefits should be directed to Fidelity via the phone number or website below. Cooper employees may also speak with a Fidelity representative, one-on-one, via the "LIVE SESSIONS" being offered during Open Enrollment.

To get started with your enrollment, access iCooper Team Member Space by clicking the button below or by using the Infor Go app on your mobile device. If you haven’t downloaded the Infor Go app, click here for instructions. Remember to have personal information on hand, such as Social Security numbers and birth dates of dependents. NOTE: You must be connected to Cooper's network to access the site.
Machine-Readable Files
The link below will be directed to the Machine Readable Files that are required to be made available pursuant to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule. Once re-directed, the files shall provide negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The Machine Readable Files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
