Infertility Benefit Enhancement - Now Covered Under Tier 1 and Tier 2

Our medical plan has been enhanced to cover infertility benefits in-network from both Tier 1 (Cooper) and Tier 2 (Independence Administrators) participating providers.

Cooper offers employees a lifetime maximum infertility benefit of $20,000. This includes all fertility services combined except Diagnosis and Surgical Correction of cryopreservation of embryos including monthly fees for monitoring and storage. Invitro Fertilization limited to two (2) attempts per calendar year.
